ALTEREGO PARTNERS / LEGAL
TERMS & CONDITIONS.
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and participation in the AlterEgo Partners affiliate programme, including partner accounts, promotional activity, tracking, commercial arrangements and related programme services.
PROGRAMME BASICS
Approval
Participation is subject to programme review and approval.
Performance
Commercial arrangements may depend on traffic, campaigns and agreed partnership terms.
Compliance
Partners are expected to promote responsibly and comply with applicable rules and programme requirements.
01 / ACCEPTANCE
Acceptance of These Terms
By applying to, accessing or participating in the AlterEgo Partners programme, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
If you act on behalf of a company, organisation or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not participate in the programme or use programme-related services.
02 / ELIGIBILITY
Partner Eligibility
The programme is intended for legitimate affiliate, marketing, media, advertising and other professional traffic acquisition activity.
Applicants must be legally capable of entering into commercial arrangements and must provide accurate information during the application and account management process.
- You must provide accurate and current application information.
- Your traffic sources must be capable of being reviewed where reasonably requested.
- You must not participate where doing so would violate applicable law or contractual restrictions.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your promotional activity is legally permitted in the markets you target.
03 / APPLICATION
Partner Applications
Submission of an application does not automatically create a partnership or guarantee approval.
AlterEgo Partners may review information concerning your website, traffic sources, audience, acquisition methods, markets and other details relevant to the proposed cooperation.
An application may be accepted, rejected or returned for additional information. Approval may also be subject to campaign, market or traffic-specific conditions.
04 / ACCOUNT
Partner Account
Approved partners may receive access to a partner account, dashboard, tracking tools or other programme resources.
- Account credentials must be kept confidential.
- You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
- Account information should be kept accurate and up to date.
- Suspected unauthorised access should be reported as soon as reasonably possible.
Partner accounts may not be transferred, sold or shared with unrelated third parties without prior approval.
05 / TRAFFIC SOURCES
Traffic Sources
Traffic acceptance may depend on the campaign, acquisition method, market and commercial arrangement.
Potential traffic channels may include organic search, paid acquisition, content websites, social media, streaming, communities, email marketing and other methods discussed with the programme.
Acceptance of a traffic source for one campaign does not automatically mean that the same source is permitted for every campaign, market or brand.
06 / MARKETING
Marketing Standards
Partners are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activity is accurate, lawful and consistent with any campaign rules, brand guidelines and market-specific requirements that apply.
- Marketing materials should not contain false or misleading claims.
- Offers, bonuses and promotional conditions should be represented accurately.
- Required legal, advertising or responsible gambling disclosures should be included where applicable.
- Partners must respect restrictions concerning age, location and audience targeting.
- Brand names, trademarks and marketing assets should be used only in permitted ways.
07 / PROHIBITED ACTIVITY
Prohibited Activity
Traffic or activity that appears fraudulent, deceptive, manipulated or otherwise inconsistent with legitimate affiliate marketing may be rejected.
- fake registrations, accounts, deposits or transactions;
- automated, bot-generated or artificially incentivised activity where not expressly permitted;
- cookie stuffing, forced clicks or misleading redirects;
- impersonation of a brand, operator or AlterEgo Partners;
- deceptive domain names, advertisements or social profiles;
- spam or unauthorised electronic communications;
- targeting prohibited markets or audiences;
- activity intended primarily to manipulate tracking, attribution or commission calculations.
08 / TRACKING
Tracking and Attribution
Programme tracking systems may be used to attribute referrals, registrations, qualifying actions, transactions and other campaign events.
Partners must use approved tracking links, parameters or other attribution methods where required.
Technical systems can occasionally be affected by browser settings, device restrictions, blocked cookies, tracking limitations, third-party systems or other factors. Where attribution cannot reasonably be verified, untracked activity may not qualify for commission.
09 / COMMERCIAL MODELS
Commercial Arrangements
Partnership arrangements may use different commercial models depending on the campaign, traffic source, market and agreed cooperation.
Revenue Share
Commission based on an agreed share of qualifying programme revenue.
CPA
A fixed commission may apply to qualifying customer actions that meet agreed criteria.
Hybrid
A combination of more than one commercial model may be agreed for selected partnerships.
Custom Cooperation
Other arrangements may be discussed where appropriate for the campaign and traffic profile.
The specific commercial arrangement applicable to a partner may be documented separately through the partner account, correspondence, campaign terms or another agreed record.
10 / COMMISSION
Commission Calculation
Commission is calculated according to the commercial arrangement applicable to the relevant partner, campaign and traffic.
Qualifying criteria may differ between campaigns and may include requirements relating to customer status, deposits, transaction validity, market, acquisition method, fraud checks or other agreed conditions.
Invalid, fraudulent, duplicated, reversed, chargeback-related or otherwise non-qualifying activity may be excluded from commission calculations where appropriate.
11 / PAYMENTS
Partner Payments
Payment arrangements may vary according to the partner, commercial model, currency, payment method and applicable campaign terms.
Before payment can be processed, partners may be required to provide appropriate payment details, account information, invoices, verification materials or other information reasonably required for payment administration or compliance purposes.
If payment information is incomplete, inaccurate or cannot be reasonably verified, processing may be delayed until the issue is resolved.
12 / TAXES
Taxes and Third-Party Charges
Partners are responsible for understanding and meeting their own tax, reporting and similar obligations arising from programme income.
Banks, payment processors or other intermediaries may apply transaction, conversion or receiving charges. Unless otherwise agreed, third-party charges are outside the control of the programme.
13 / BRAND ASSETS
Intellectual Property and Brand Assets
Logos, trademarks, graphics, promotional materials and other brand assets supplied for programme use remain the property of their respective owners.
Approved partners may receive a limited, non-exclusive and revocable right to use authorised materials solely for approved promotional activity connected with the programme.
- Brand assets must not be materially altered in a misleading way.
- Use must not suggest ownership, endorsement or authority beyond the actual partnership relationship.
- Use must stop where permission is withdrawn or the relevant partnership ends.
14 / PRIVACY
Privacy and Data Protection
Partners are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, electronic marketing, tracking and data protection requirements that apply to their own activity.
Information processed directly through the AlterEgo Partners website is addressed in the Privacy Policy.
Partners should not provide or share personal information that they are not authorised to disclose.
15 / CONFIDENTIALITY
Confidential Information
During a partnership, you may receive information that is not publicly available, including campaign details, commercial arrangements, performance information, technical information, internal processes or other business information.
Confidential information should not be disclosed or used outside the purposes of the partnership unless disclosure is authorised, already lawfully public or required by applicable law.
16 / SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
Suspension and Termination
Programme access, specific campaigns or a partnership may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary.
- breach of these Terms & Conditions;
- suspected fraudulent, abusive or prohibited activity;
- material breach of campaign or brand requirements;
- legal, regulatory, security or compliance concerns;
- extended inactivity or discontinued cooperation;
- commercial or operational reasons affecting the relevant programme or campaign.
After termination, promotional use of programme tracking links, restricted assets or other materials should cease where applicable.
17 / DISCLAIMER
Programme Disclaimer
Affiliate marketing performance depends on many factors, including traffic quality, audience, market conditions, campaign availability, conversion behaviour and promotional strategy.
Participation in the programme does not guarantee traffic acceptance, campaign availability, conversions, revenue, commission levels or any particular commercial result.
Programme tools and website functionality may occasionally be modified, interrupted, unavailable or affected by third-party systems.
18 / LIABILITY
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AlterEgo Partners is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary or special losses arising from participation in the programme or use of programme-related services.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not legally permitted.
19 / CHANGES
Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect programme changes, operational requirements, commercial practices or applicable legal requirements.
The revised version may be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued participation after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
20 / GENERAL
General Terms
If one provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions should continue to apply to the extent legally possible.
Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not necessarily constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
Additional campaign-specific, account-specific or commercially agreed conditions may supplement these Terms & Conditions. Where a specific written commercial arrangement directly addresses a matter differently, that specific arrangement may govern that matter to the extent agreed.
